1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Additional confectioners sugar for top of cookies
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour gradually, beating well. Fold in pecans. Shape into crescents. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 325º for 15 to 18 minutes. Sift powdered sugar on top while warm.
