Ingredients
1 lb lean grass-fed organic ground beef
1 vidalia onion, chopped (1 cup)
1 can (28 oz) organic diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (16 oz) chili beans in sauce, undrained
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
Directions
In 12-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat until brown, stirring occasionally; add onions and cook until soft; drain and add to crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients, cover, and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Garnish with Queso Mexicano, Organic greek yogurt, scallions, chopped avocado, and tortilla chips.
