2 10-ounce packages frozen spinach
4 oz hoop cheese or ricotta
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t low sodium soy sauce
Crushed red pepper
2 egg whites
1 pound or 25 big mushrooms wiped clean stems removed
Vegetable seasoning
1/2 c tomato sauce.?
2 T grated sap sago cheese toasted
Paprika
Thaw spinach squeeze dry
Mix spinach with fork adding hoop cheese or ricotta, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper and egg whites
Sprinkle mushroom caps with vegetable seasoning and stuff with spinach mixture
Plac on baking pan spread with tomato sauce and bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven, for 20-25 minutes or until firm to touch
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika
Ditch to,auto add cream cheese?
Save mushroom stems for steak or soup etc
