Ingredients
2 medium scallions, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped jalapeno
1 tsp kosher salt
Directions
Place the scallions, garlic, cilantro, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, jalapeño, and kosher salt in a food processor. Process, scraping down sides of bowl as needed, until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve with grilled salmon, chicken, or steak.
