3 medium red potatoes
2 c water
1 small onion, chopped
3 T butter
3 T flour
Crushed red pepper
Pepper
3 c milk
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c cubed cooked ham
Peel and cube potatoes
Bring water to boil, add potatoes. Cook 10 min or until soft. Drain, reserving water.
Suave onion, add flour, season to taste. Cook 3-4 min. Gradually add potatoes, reserved liquid, and milk. Add cheese and ham. Simmer 30 min, stirring frequently. Serve with Annieds awesome no knead bread
